Know what you are ordering

We sell genuine Pokémon TCG products. Please check each listing for the exact product, edition, language and included contents. Standard Elite Trainer Boxes and Pokémon Center editions are different products.

UK dispatch, support from TCGSHOPUK

Your order is dispatched from the UK through our supply and fulfilment arrangements. Contact [email protected] for help with your order; you do not need to arrange support with our supplier.

We normally process orders within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days after dispatch. See our delivery policy for details.

Before you open your delivery

If you receive the wrong item or notice damage, contact us with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.

Prices and product contents

Our prices are set independently. Booster contents are random unless a particular card is explicitly listed as a guaranteed included promo. Images of cards from a set do not guarantee those cards in a booster.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. We are an independent retailer, not an official Pokémon-operated store.
